These terms apply to all purchases made through spiritbrandacademy.com. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms. The seller is Judith K. Ritz, trading as Spirit Brand Academy, registered in Costa Rica (Tax ID: 3-120-186050-24).

What you're buying
All products and programs sold on this site are digital. You are purchasing access to digital content, live sessions, and/or downloadable materials as described on the relevant sales page.

Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time — the price you paid at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.

Refund policy
Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once access has been granted or a live program has started. If you have a technical issue preventing access, contact judith@spiritbrandacademy.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve it.

What you get access to
Access to session recordings and digital materials is provided for personal use only, for the duration stated at purchase. For the Instagram Content by Design Challenge, recordings remain accessible for 30 days after the final session.

Intellectual property
All content, materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of Judith K. Ritz / Spirit Brand Academy. You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.

Results
We do not guarantee specific results. Your outcomes depend on your effort, your implementation, and your individual circumstances. Testimonials on this site reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will achieve.

Limitation of liability
Spirit Brand Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or programs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes will be resolved under Costa Rican jurisdiction.
